Versatile Makeup Uses

• Waterline Liner: Applied to the inner rim of the lower eyelid to fake a wide-awake, "doll-like" appearance.

• Eyeshadow Base: Can be used all over the eyelid before applying colored eyeshadow to make the pigments pop and last longer.

Application Tips

• Application: Starting from the inner corner of the eye, mark a neat stroke along the waterline and extend it slightly outwards for a classic look.
